Hadith : Kisi ko Qasam hi khani hai to wo ALLAH ki Qasam khaye warna chup rahey

Ibn 'Umar Radhi Allahu Anhuma se rivayat hai ki wo Umar bin khattab Radhi Allahu Anhu ke pass gaye tab wo kuch logon ke saath the aur us waqt Hazrat Umar Radhi Allahu Anhu  apne walid ki Qasam kha rahe the is par Rasool-Allah Sal-Allahu Alaihi Wasallam  ne unhe pukar kar farmaya aagaah ho jao ki Yakeenan ALLAH subhanahu tumhe mana karta hai ki tum apne walid ki Qasam khao , agar kisi ko Qasam hi khani hai to wo ALLAH ki Qasam khaye warna chup rahey.

Narrated Ibn 'Umar Radhi Allahu Anhuma : that he found 'Umar bin Al-Khattab Radhi Allahu Anhu in a group of people and he was swearing by his father. So ALLAH's Apostle Sal-Allahu Alaihi Wasallam called them, saying, "Verily! ALLAH forbids you to swear by your fathers. If one has to take an oath, he should swear by ALLAH or otherwise keep quiet."
