Hadith: islam ke siwa kisi aur mazhab ki jhooti Qasam khayee to wo waisa hi ho jata hai jiski usne Qasam khayee
Thabit bin Ad-Dahhak Radhi Allahu Anhu se rivayat hai ki Rasool-Allah Sal-Allahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya jisne islam ke siwa kisi aur mazhab ki jhooti Qasam khayee to wo waisa hi ho jata hai jiski usne Qasam khayee aur jisne kisi cheez se khudkushi kar li to use Jahannam mein usi se azab diya jayega, aur momeen par laanat bhejna use Qatl karne ke barabar hai, aur jisne kisi momeen par kufr ki tohmat lagayee to ye (bhi) uske Qatl karne ke barabar hai

Narrated Thabit bin Ad-Dahhak Radhi Allahu Anhu : The Prophet Sal-Allahu Alaihi Wasallam said, "Whoever swears by a religion other than Islam (i.e. if he swears by saying that he is a non-Muslim in case he is telling a lie), then he is as he says if his oath is false and whoever commits suicide with something, will be punished with the same thing in the (Hell) fire, and cursing a believer is like murdering him, and whoever accuses a believer of disbelief, then it is as if he had killed him."
