मुहम्मद (ﷺ)  म्हणाला: "मजबूत मनुष्य कोण? 

कुस्तीत  प्रतिस्पर्धी ला हरवणारा नाही, पण मजबूत मनुष्य तो आहे  जो आपल्या राग वेळी स्वतःला नियंत्रीत करतो."

The prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) said: "A strong man is not he who defeats his adversary by wrestling, but a strong man is he who controls himself at the time of anger."
